Founder of Trail Media: Dana Chisholm
Dana has been a writer since her days in high school in the ’80s with her first poem in her
school’s magazine. Her mother would say as a teen she locked herself in her room to read
for days…that passion has led to being a published author in traditional publishing, a
professor of Cultural Anthropology, an English and Social Studies teacher in California
and China, and founding Trail Media to help new Christian authors bring their literary art
to the world to further the Kingdom of Christ in both the printed word and in funding their
ministries. Dana Holds California Teaching Credentials, BA in Communication Studies
(UCSB, ’89), MA in Organizational Leadership (Biola, ’02), Ph.D. (ABD) in Intercultural
Education (Biola) and currently working on a second doctorate in Change and Leadership
in the USC Rossier School of Education.
Dana has helped publish, layout, design, mentor, and consults authors and artists in the calling God has given them.
